My goal was to reduce 1.5 pounds per week for 6 a few months and then 1 lb per week for the following 6 weeks.

Given that I usually lose tons in the first 3 weeks that takes me to a complete around 75lbs to lose in total. I’m now four weeks ahead of plan therefore i know easily have a disaster and put weight on I’ve still got some leeway. It also does not take into account that the subconscious mind is in control 95-98% of the time. Without retraining the unconscious, 95% of the populace cannot lose and keep maintaining a substantial weight loss. That is why willpower doesn’t work, why diets don’t work and just why people get excess fat, stay excess fat and get fatter after they start dieting. It’s a vicious cycle. Get one of these new activity and keep the faith.
